The Design Process

We put a lot of time and effort into our work and if you choose to work with us we will follow a process like below:

Functional Requirements Analysis

Here we will assess the functional requirements that your website needs to meet. This is where you need to tell us what you want your website to achieve.

Design Requirements Analysis

Here we will assess the design elements of what you want your website to look like. Here you need to let us know of any visual elements to your website. Tell us about colours, images and other websites you like the design of. We will ask you to fill out a questionnaire to help with the process.

Wireframe Content Mock Up

Here we will produce a mock up of where the content will go on the website. There are no visual design elements here, this is so we can ensure the content is positioned in the best way possible.

PSD Photoshop Screen Design

This is where we produce a full, visual mock up of what your new website will look like using Adobe Photoshop. We will work closely with you to achieve a design that meets all your requirements. Your input at this stage is highly important in order to allow us to produce exactly what you want. The design we produce here will be almost exactly the same as the design of the finished product.

Coding of Design

After the screen design is finalised from the previous stage, we will go away and work hard to write all the code to bring your website to life. By the end of this stage, we will have produced a fully functioning website.

Final Touches and Preparation for Handover

This is where you can tell us of anything you wish to change about the design. This will be the last chance before we hand over the website to you, so it is important you let us know at this stage. Hopefully, if we have done our job properly, there will not be much to do here!

Project Handover

We will hand over the website files to you, or upload them to your server if you need us to. We can arrange web hosting and upload all your files for you if you require.

Ongoing Support

We provide some ongoing support to our clients and will be happy to make updates and changes to your website (for a lower than normal rate). We will fix any bugs or glitches as a result of our own work for free. Different levels of support are available to spea to us for me details.
